Please join us for our EMSD Student Robotics Showcase! Parents can attend the event with their students to see various robotic opportunities in grades K-8 in the East Moline School District. This is a hands-on opportunity to try some of the different robotic platforms. It is a preview of activities to come for district students!

Attention incoming 5th-grade parents and students! Please plan to attend the Transition to 5th Grade Parent Night. You will receive information about what it's like to be a part of Glenview Middle School , after-school clubs, and activities students can be involved in, and be able to ask questions about middle school.

We will be collecting Chromebooks from all students currently enrolled in Kindergarten through 4th grade on Monday, May 13th. We will be collecting the device, charger, and stylus. Students will no longer be able to take the devices home. Please be sure to send the device itself and any accessories (charger, stylus) to school on Monday. If your child is attending any of the programming hosted by EMSD over the summer, each program will have a set of devices that students will use during that program. If your student will not be in the district next year, please give this information to the teacher.

Today is the day! Join us 10-2 at Glenview Middle School. The doors around the back of the building will be open. Free admission! Concessions and raffle tickets are CASH ONLY! Each individual vendor can accept whatever form of payment they wish. If you bring a package of diapers, you get a free raffle ticket for the amazing cake pop basket donated by Lady T's Catering ! Otherwise, tickets are $5 and the proceeds go to Hiney Heroes !

Any Kkids students who signed up to help with the pet scavenger hunt on Saturday May 11, previously May 4, please still come to Glenview at 9AM on Saturday if still available. Despite the rain we did get the fliers passed out to the neighborhoods today.

REMINDER- TOMORROW, Friday, May 10th is an early dismissal day. Glenview will dismiss at 10:55am and all elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30am.

Due to the rescheduled pet scavenger hunt being this Thursday, May 9, we will need to cancel Bowlesburg KKids scheduled for this Thursday. If your child is signed up to work at the pet scavenger on Thursday please have your child at the Glenview main doors at 3:15 and pick up by 4:00.

Dear Families, This year in order to update and refresh student devices, we will be collecting Chromebooks from all students currently enrolled in Kindergarten through 4th grade. We will begin collection on Monday, May 13th and will be collecting the device, charger and stylus. During the summer, the devices will be cleaned, refreshed, repaired as needed and updated. Please be sure to send the device itself and any accessories (charger, stylus) to school on May 13th. If your child is attending any of the programming hosted by EMSD over the summer, each program will have a set of devices that students will use during that program.
